This is the LEXA 3000-CXH. This is just my personal opinion, but I think it works better for bait fishing than for lure fishing. I use it with a black drop-off line, as shown in the last photo. I use the 4000 size for striped pigfish and humphead wrasse, and when I spool it with black line and make it a two-tone color scheme, it matches any rod, so you don't have to worry about choosing the right rod. I was planning to use this 3000 size as a sub-reel, but I haven't had a chance to use it, so I'm putting it up for sale. It has a rotating lever, so I think it's perfect for sabiki fishing and trick sabiki. It's a versatile 3000 size, so you can use it for float fishing and basket fishing. The extra high gear makes it easy to reel in, so you can also use it for surf fishing and rockfish. The rotation and drag are both perfect.
