This is a flare skirt from Noeil Aim Bebe. It comes with overpants underneath. The fabric is soft. It's fleece-lined and looks warm. I don't think it's been used much, but please understand that it is a used item. It will be put in a plastic bag and sent in an envelope. Thank you.
