Looking at the hanging loop, it seems to be a dishcloth. I used to live in Bonn, Germany, and had the opportunity to visit several times every five years. I had a tea set, so I bought this at some point and kept it stored away. The condition is very good. I'm getting older, and since the pandemic, I've had very few foreign visitors, so I'm selling it in its pristine condition.
