The purchase date is unknown, but this item has never been used since it was purchased. It has been opened once to check the contents, so the item condition is listed as "Like New." It has been stored in a drawer for a long time, and there is a crease on the upper left corner. Please check photos 3 and 4. If you don't mind the long-term storage and the creased corner, I believe this item is almost as good as new.
