It should be usable if a replacement part is used. (See images 12-17) ◯ Although it is a used junk item, there is almost no sign of use. My brother-in-law attached it to his MTB, but removed it after only a test ride. ◯ After that, during a move, the rubber part (only one side missing) of the clamp for attaching to the seat post was lost. ◯ It seems to be a very sturdy carrier.
