Founded in Paris in 1972 by two French journalists, Henri Gault and Christian Millau, it is now published in 15 countries worldwide. The Japanese edition was also launched in 2017. "Gault & Millau" not only evaluates the food but also comprehensively assesses "from the phone call for reservation to the farewell," focusing on the professionals who support the entire restaurant experience, and maintains a high level of credibility in the culinary world.
