Purchased from a man selling them piled high on a bicycle while walking around a market in Vientiane, Laos. These are made for local use, not as souvenirs, so they are sturdily constructed. They're great as small item containers or as interior decorations, adding a nice atmosphere. I used to display them as interior decor.
