I've measured it myself, and the inner circumference of the neck is about 37cm, and the chest circumference is about 52cm. The belt can be adjusted slightly. There are scratches on the part where the belt goes through in the sixth photo. There is some light soiling around the red and white part that touches the belly, but otherwise, it's in good condition overall. It's a soft mesh harness. I used a lint roller when listing it, but there might be some short hairs remaining. Thank you for your consideration.
