There is sun damage and fine scratches on the surface. The metal plate on the back is attached to the wall, and the remote control is hung on it for use. I used masking tape and double-sided tape to attach it. It works without any problems. Everything in the photos is included. The four AA batteries have been removed. You will need to remove the bottom screws to install the batteries.
