These are two items that appear to be a "nameplate/gateplate" and a "certificate" for a regular employee of the Japanese Red Cross Society. ① Nameplate/Gateplate It is made of metal that does not react to magnets, but the material is unknown.  In the center is the company emblem of the Red Cross and the Phoenix. There are engravings of "Japanese Red Cross Society" and "Regular Employee" written horizontally to the right. The certificate is dated Showa 13 (Photo 8), and it is believed to be from that period (This is not guaranteed). There is a stamp on the back indicating the "Branch Name of Employment Handling" (Photo 7) .
