The tulle has a separate skirt underneath, so you can wear it as shown in the image, or you can mix and match it with your own pants or skirts for various styles. The color is a mocha beige-like shade. The waist has all-around elastic. I am also selling other colors at the same time. Please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about details.
