This is a Samue (Japanese work clothing). It's a new, unopened item, but I'm selling it at a low price because I purchased it 2-3 years ago and stored it at home. Top only. White color. Made in Japan, for shrines and temples. Also suitable for temples. The cuffs are gathered, there is one pocket, made of cotton, and it's likely a men's M size. I have a similar one, and when I (height 155cm) wear it, it goes below my waist, almost like a one-piece dress. It's long enough to cover my stomach. The fabric is thin. Although it's for spring to autumn, I wore a down jacket underneath in the winter. Great for summer festivals, Hatsumode (first shrine visit of the year), as an alternative to Happi coats, for festival practice, as a uniform replacement, for field work, caregiving, and of course, at home. You can also enjoy dyeing it yourself. It also protects the nape of the neck and neck from sunstroke and UV rays. It may be folded for shipping, so please be aware of potential creases.
