The 9-iron is 36 inches, and the 7-iron is 36.5 inches, making the 7-iron a short shaft. According to the manufacturer's specifications, the 7-iron has a loft of 30 degrees, and the 9-iron has a loft of 38 degrees. The 7-iron has not been used on the course and is in very good condition. The 9-iron has been used on the course a few times, but has been kept in storage at home for over six months. The carbon shafts allow for an extra club distance.
