This is a beautiful, sky-blue, silk obiage (decorative sash) with a hollow-out shibori (tie-dye) design. Approximate dimensions are: length approximately 132 cm, width of the shibori section approximately 14 cm. (Both measurements are taken without stretching the fabric.)
