I purchased this once with the contents included and have not refilled it. I have only used it at home, so there are no major scratches or scuffs, but there are some minor scuffs from use. It will be sent in simple packaging. ✔︎Please purchase new items at a store if you are looking for a perfect product and service, as this is a used item stored at home.
