Thank you for viewing! This is a jig for an AT Slide Pivot Bumper. The second image shows the product. This time, you can choose between 102.5mm (2) and 103.5mm (3), but please consider these as guidelines. The 3rd and 4th images are production samples. The carbon used is as follows: HG Carbon Front Wide Stay x 2 (glued) Rear Brake Stay x 2 HG Carbon Multi Wide Stay x 2 (glued) Straight Plate x 1 See the 5th image. The straight plate and the slightly lower part of the rear brake stay that receives the slide axis are unnecessary parts, so please cut them off at the end. These are unnecessary parts attached to the jig to make it easier to mold and fix the stays. You can assemble it as is if you don't cut off those parts. There are two ways to cut: either attach the jig to the stay, mark it, and cut, or attach the jig as is and cut. See the 6th image. In either case, finish with a file at the end. A 100-yen store file is sufficient. See the 7th image. The slide body and the pivot arm parts (2 pieces) need to be glued together with instant glue. Make sure to glue them firmly. For the moving parts, use either eyelets or flanged brass spacers as you like. I mainly use them shortened and attached to the body. They are not strictly necessary. The cutting position on the chassis is one straight plate's worth. See the 8th image. Depending on the chassis, it may be necessary to flatten the tapered part. Since the specifications are aligned with the separately sold left and right independent slide dampers, you can easily replace them by simply swapping the units. See the 10th image.
