This is a little black party dress. It's a simple black dress, but the velvet trim around the neckline, the ribbon at the waist, and the fluffy skirt created by the petticoat give it an elegant and cute, grown-up look. The clean neckline and the volume of the skirt made me look slimmer. I loved it so much, but I don't have a chance to wear it anymore, so I'm selling it. The petticoat belt is adjustable.
