The flower ribbon on the waist cannot be removed, but it was actually better that it couldn't be removed for a child to wear. It's labeled as 130, but I think it's closer to 120. It's small for a 130; my child wore it when they were about 118 cm tall, and it fit perfectly. I don't see any major stains or tears, but since it's made overseas, the stitching is a bit loose.
