Neck cooler with a cooling plate for the neck. Color is navy. It's very cold and feels good, but I'm not used to the weight, perhaps because I've been using neck rings, so I'm selling it. It's only been used once, so the condition is good, but there are small scratches on the cooling plate from the accessory hardware. There is no damage, and the coolness is unchanged.
