This is a lemon squeezer called a "Bird Lemon Press." You set a lemon cut into wedges, and when you press the lid from above, the juice comes out of the beak. I bought it at a local supermarket when I traveled to Los Angeles. It's cute, but I don't use lemons very often, so I'm putting it up for sale.
