This is an adapter for connecting Pentax K-mount lenses to Sony E-mount cameras. I purchased it this year and used it a few times with my α7CR. While I don't see any noticeable scratches, I am not a professional, so please forgive any oversights. Please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about condition.
