This is a set including a Mega Drive 2 console, a Super 32X unit, one game, and connecting accessories (AV cable, AC adapter, controller). In my personal experience, the AV connector on the Mega Drive side is a bit difficult to insert, but it shouldn't be a major issue during use. The rubber pads on the bottom of the Mega Drive 2 console have deteriorated, so they have been removed and cleaned. The console has been tested and confirmed to power on (including the game). Based on my amateur assessment, both controllers function without any major operational issues. The items have been lightly cleaned, but all items have minor scratches and light dirt.
