This is a summer skirt from Pal'las Palace. It's a wrap-style skirt. The lining uses two colors, a light purple and brown, which is typical of Pal'las Palace's designs. I love Pal'las Palace, so it's hard for me to let this go, but I haven't worn it much and it's been sitting in my closet (>_<).
