This is a restored Satsuma Kiriko piece from the Shimazu family. A beautiful red cut glass sake cup, with a wooden box. I received this through a hometown tax donation to Kagoshima City a few years ago, and it appears to be the same item currently listed (see image 2). There is a small chip on the rim (see image 6), so I am offering it for sale in case anyone would like to use it for display purposes.
