This is the Su no Oh Legend for the PC Engine HU Card. I haven't been able to confirm that it starts up because I don't have the actual hardware. The package has some scratches, etc. The card itself doesn't have any major damage and I think it's relatively clean. The instruction manual has folds and wrinkles.
