Powerpuff Girls Strap and Mini Clock, made in 2001 & 2002. Both have minor scratches and dirt. The clock, in particular, has some discoloration on the front rim and left side, and it doesn't work even with batteries, so perhaps it's best as an ornament or for collection. Item/Type... Strap
