It is unused, but as it is a foreign-made product, there is a point of concern on the bottom underside (4th photo), but it does not wobble or seem like it will come off. Since it is on the underside, it will not be directly visible, but please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive. Price is firm. Shipping may only be possible on weekends.
