This is an RRL reversible work vest. The front is brown canvas duck, and the back is cotton-nylon printed duck hunter camo. There is some fading and soiling. The size is XS, but I think it's about a Japanese size S to M. Shoulder width is 36cm, length is 66cm, and width is 47cm, all in centimeters.
