These are Italian-made slip-ons purchased a few years ago at Isetan Shinjuku. The material is woven from something like hemp twine, and the trim is leather. The size is Italian 42, which is roughly 27cm to 27.5cm. They can be worn barefoot, like sandals. The soles were originally wood, but I had rubber applied after purchase. After wearing them a few times, they were stored at home for a long time. If you replace the insoles, they can still be worn, but please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to used items.
