This is a deck I used to use, and I recommend it for beginners. It's a modified version of the 2020 release, Soryu Revolution. It will be shipped with three layers: inner sleeves, character sleeves, and over sleeves. Considering the condition of the sleeves, the condition is listed as "slightly scratched or dirty."
