This is a ribbon that came with a formal suit I purchased about 7 years ago. A safety pin is attached to the back of the large ribbon. Snap buttons (female) are attached to both ends of the thin ribbon, which I believe is for fastening a jacket. They are not visible unless you turn it over. It is new and unused, and has been stored in a dark place, but I took it out of the bag for the first time to list it. There are no scratches or stains. Thank you for looking.
