This is a NEO GEO CD game software. It has been in storage since I stopped using it. The case has scratches and dirt. The instruction manual has stains and folds, but I don't think there are any tears or missing pages. The CD also has some scratches and dirt, but there are no major scratches and it seems to be in relatively good condition. I don't have the console, so I haven't been able to check if it works. I think there may be oversights or differences in opinion regarding the condition, so please understand that this is a used item that has been in long-term storage and purchase it accordingly.
