This item was included in an outfit set I purchased here. I'm selling it at a low price because I bought the set for another outfit and haven't had a chance to wear this. It's navy blue, although it's a little hard to tell because it's on a blue-haired doll. I think it would look cute on dolls with any hair color. It looks cute even without tying the strings. I hope it reaches someone who will enjoy dressing up their doll.
