This is a piece from the Heisei retro era by Crux. It's a new, unused item with the paper tag attached, but it was stored in a closet with other items without being in a bag, so the outer vinyl part has some scratches. Please note that there are small spots and light stains on the outer vinyl as shown in image 7.
