Please note that the leaves may not be as crisp as in the picture, as they are packed after they have wilted slightly after harvesting to fit more in the box. To prevent spoilage, the leaves will be sent unwashed. As these are natural products, there may be some soil, insects, or insect bites. We appreciate your understanding. They may wilt during shipping, but they should still be delicious if stored in the refrigerator. They are also easy to use if you blanch them quickly, cut them to a manageable size, and freeze them. Great for furikake (rice seasoning) or miso soup! Since no pesticides are used, they can also be used as treats for rabbits, guinea pigs, and hamsters!
