Zara Kids velour skirt. It has a black base with a beaded floral pattern. The size is 07, 122cm, but it's a mini skirt, so it can be worn from a slightly smaller size. The sewing is loose, and some beads have come off. I've sewn back on the ones I could, but some are missing. The inner composition tag has been cut off.
