It can be worn as an outskirt only, or layered over pants. I think you can wear it for a long time, regardless of the season. I only tried it on and have stored it at home. Since it's been stored by a private individual, I would appreciate it if those who don't mind too much would purchase it. The color is navy, and the size is 38. It will be folded and shipped.
