This is a listing for the case (charger) of these wireless earphones only. When a USB is plugged in, it reacts as shown in image 1, so I believe it is not broken. However, since there are no earphones, I have not been able to confirm whether it charges. The exterior shows many scratches and scuffs overall, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about this.
