These are nylon pants from the increasingly popular Korean tech brand, Sungsan Gear. I purchased them last winter from a select shop for around 30,000 yen. The panel design is cool and perfect for tech fashion. There are no noticeable stains or scratches, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
