This is a pre-painted, completed Gundam model kit that I purchased previously. It's a very high-quality piece, so I've kept it in storage without posing it. I wanted to express a well-used feel, so I focused on a full-paint, gradient finish with weathering! ・Used an Ultimate Nipper for careful double-cut gate removal. Sanded with 400→800→1000 grit sandpaper, then washed the parts. ・Blue parts: Dark gray primer→Sky blue (light and dark) gradient paint. ・White parts: Dark gray primer→White gradient paint. ・Frame parts: Silver primer→Graphite black gradient paint, then paint chipping with sandpaper + additional silver dry brushing. ・Red parts: Dark gray primer→Dark red and light red gradient paint. ・Orange parts: Orange primer→Orange and yellow-orange gradient paint. ・Extended and sharpened the head antenna with brass wire. ・The internal joints are not painted, so movement is smooth. (Extremely stiff areas other than the joints have been greased.) ・Painted the back of the armor with dark gray to eliminate the toy-like appearance. ・Head camera and eyes are painted with a silver base and fluorescent green candy paint. They glow under a black light! (They also shine with light reflection) ・Painted the pilot, Tobia. ・Gradient paint on beam saber and other effect parts. ・Panel lining with dark gray, black, and brown. ・Rescribed panel lines. ・Did not use any of the included marking stickers. ・Added and applied the included water slide decals and commercially available decals. (Using Mark Setter, etc.) ・Weathering was done with spray peeling, chipping, and washing, etc. (Avoiding joints and connection parts) ・Weathering on the surface of the mantle as well. ・Since the weathering and mantle are damaged, the condition is listed as "Slightly scratched or dirty." ・As a finish, I applied flat clear premium overall. Not applied to the camera eye and metallic parts.
