I purchased it from an online retailer. It is a new, unused item. It has been stored in a dark place, still in its original plastic bag. You wrap the soccer ball with the Velcro strap, then wrap the waist strap around your waist. This allows you to practice things like juggling and shooting, as the ball returns to you without you having to retrieve it, making training convenient. As for the condition, as shown in the photos, it is unused, so there are almost no scratches. The Velcro is also clean as it has not been used. The waist band is also adjustable, so it can be used by children to adults. Although it is unused, there may be some deterioration due to age, so please understand that it is a used item.
