It looks like it's been used to a normal extent, but there are no major scratches or stains, so it can still be used. The small second hand at the bottom (chronograph?) doesn't return to 60, but instead returns to around 59 seconds. The watch is currently running, but the battery has not been replaced, so the battery life is unknown. If the watch stops working before purchase, it will be shipped as is, so the buyer will need to have the battery replaced at a watch shop.
