A half coat from Krizia Jeans, from the era when Krizia herself was designing. I used to wear it with Comme des Garçons, Yohji Yamamoto, Dries Van Noten, and others. Made of 75% PVC and 25% rayon. The rubber on the inside has aged, but there are no cracks. From a fashion history perspective, the sewing is quite like an OOPArt (out-of-place artifact). The layered weave/bonding of PVC and rayon is not suitable for mass production, so I believe this was an experimental item made during the peak of Italian fashion, disregarding cost. Polyester is used for the filling. The front has a double zipper, both of which slide up and down smoothly. The lower fastener is originally a bit stiff, so you need to hold it firmly to unfasten it. No notable damage. The area around the zipper has slightly aged due to a reaction with the metal. Please refer to image 4.
