This is a glossy dress. It's in beautiful condition because I haven't worn it much. It's cute to wear with a knit cardigan over it right now (^-^) It's an elegant dress, so I think you can wear it to small parties or after-parties! Please refrain from purchasing if you are nervous about it being stored at home.
