At KIKURA, we craft tables from single slabs of wood. We use only valuable hardwoods with beautiful grain patterns. Therefore, we want to cherish and make use of every piece of scrap wood generated during the production process. That's why we've created cutting boards from a single slab of Japanese horse chestnut (Tochi) wood. The KIKURA logo is included. We've used a plant-based oil finish to preserve the natural texture. Enjoy the gentle grain and color unique to Japanese horse chestnut. The size is 29cm x 17cm, and the thickness is 2cm. You can wash it with water, but please wipe off the moisture and let it air dry. Please note that it is not microwave or dishwasher safe. Please be aware that placing it in a place with high temperatures for extended periods may cause cracking or warping.
