Officially, it's for 12 people. It comes with a dedicated PVC multi-sheet. I purchased it used and assembled it to check its condition. There are no noticeable stains on the flysheet, but there are 7 burn holes, which have been repaired with tape (as shown in image 5). There is no stickiness. Most of the flysheet seam tape is not lifting or peeling, but there are some areas that are cracked (as shown in image 11). The floor sheet is attached, but it has a slight vinyl odor. The floor sheet has some damage? There's something like white mold (images 7-9). The accessories are shown in image 14. The guy ropes are also attached to the main body. The wire on one section of the canopy pole is broken, but it can be used normally if inserted (image 16). The PVC multi-sheet comes into contact with the ground, so it has dirt.
