I was able to use this without any problems on my PSP-3000 (though I've already sold it). Please note that I have heard that it cannot be used with the PSP-1000 model. Also, please make sure your TV supports D-terminal input. I believe there are no noticeable scratches or stains, but since this is a personal inspection, please purchase if you are okay with no claims and no returns.
