This is a penlight ribbon I made a few years ago. The rubber band for attaching it to the penlight has been removed, so you'll need to attach your own. It's mainly made with a glue gun, but I've used cellophane tape to reinforce any parts that seem like they might come loose... (sweat) It looks cute, so I'd like to pass it on to someone who can remake it nicely. Of course, you can also use it for decorating something else, not just as a penlight ribbon. 〇
