I think it's fluffy and quite warm. The white part is a brushed fabric, and the back side is a soft cotton fabric, not boa. There are two loop-and-button closures on the back. I've worn it about twice, so there are no noticeable scratches or stains. I think the condition is good, but it's still used, so please understand.
