It is manufactured using vintage molds and logo stamps actually used during the Brilhart Carlsbad period, and comes with a serial number. It is hand-finished by artisans and play-tested before shipping. It comes with a certificate signed by the artisan who performed the hand-finishing and play-testing process before shipping. It seems that Selmer acquired the rights and molds of Brilhart, and currently only Selmer can manufacture and sell mouthpieces using Brilhart molds and brand names. The tip opening is a 7, but please note that this is not the Brilhart notation. According to the Selmer official website, the opening is 1.9mm. This is roughly equivalent to a 6-7 opening on a Meyer. I personally imported this new from the US at the end of last year. Including customs duties, it cost around 35,000 yen. I kept it as a spare mouthpiece, but I am now selling it to raise funds for motorcycle repairs. After purchasing it new, I only play-tested it for confirmation, and it has not been used since. It is in like-new condition. There are no tooth marks. The serial number is 239***. The outside of the box has some peeling of the print where a sticker was removed, and it is sticky.
